This Return Policy is an effort by Sophi to continuously provide the signature, quality customer service that its patron has loved them for. This Policy will provide the Company’s employees, staff, and even the customers themselves, with the procedures, guidelines, limitations, and legal considerations about the management of returned products in cases of issues regarding quality, refund, and other exchanges of unintended or unwanted products and goods.
Customers can claim a return and refund within 05 Days while following the policy guidelines.

Scope and Limitations
This Policy will help and guide the Company’s employees, staff, and even the customers themselves, in the procedures, guidelines, limitations, and legal considerations on the management of returned products in cases of issues regarding quality, refund, and other exchanges of unintended or unwanted products and goods (Items). Moreover, this policy will cover all the items, perishables and non-perishables alike, sold by the Company; and are subject and limited to the items’ warranty period and condition upon return.
Provisions
DEFINITION OF TERMS
PERISHABLES – Items with limited shelf life, such as foods, beverages, medicine, etc.
NON-PERISHABLES – Items with longer, in some cases, unlimited shelf life; such as leather goods, electronic appliances, hardware, etc.
WARRANTY PERIOD – the period that warrants free repair and adjustment services in case of a malfunction that occurred under normal use that has followed instruction manuals. Leather products look feel, stitching, and leather quality implies.
ITEM RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE
Items purchased from the Company can be returned, exchanged, or refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase. Customers must present the Item’s receipt or other proof of purchase to the officer-in-charge before a refund or exchange will take place. Items returned without a purchase receipt, beyond the return period, or in a condition beyond normal wear and tear will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
The item should be New, should not be cleaned, and should not be used. Also, keep the original receipts and item papers (sent by Sophi) and send them with the item. Else it will not be returned.
EXCHANGE
Item exchange only applies to Items returned due to mistakes, unintended purchases, damages and defects on the item, or the expiration of an item upon purchase. Returned items for exchange will undergo a strict process of assessing their condition before a replacement will take place. Items will unavailable replacement items will be automatically refunded.
REFUND
Refunds only apply to Items returned and where product exchange is impossible due to the unavailability of similar items. No refunds should be made without assessing or ascertaining the condition of the returned item or the availability of a replacement item by the company.
Customers can expect immediate returns but it normally takes 2 to working days to process it after receiving of the faulty item.
For claiming the refund customer must follow the policy guidelines as well as ensure that keep the product and its receiving form safe and must send the form back to Us for processing the refund.

- Damage product is shipped
- Irrelevant product is shipped
There is no debate if the customer needs a return we return all the money and if the customer wants a replacement we replace the product.

SERVICE WARRANTIES
Items purchased from the Company can be returned for availing of service warranties extended by its manufacturers. Customers must present the Item’s receipt and warranty certificate to the company. Items returned beyond their warranty periods, without warranty certificates, or presented in a condition beyond their normal wear and tear will not be accepted.
CONDITION OF THE RETURNED PRODUCT
All Items subject to this Policy must be returned in their normal packaging condition or unused condition if purchased with damages or defects. Items returned for availing service warranties should be returned in a condition as specified in their user manuals. The condition of all returned items will undergo a strict assessment process by the company.
